Our customer base consists mainly of large and medium-sized companies in the food packaging industry, machine and plant construction, tool making, furniture industry and the medical industry. In the turning area, two CNC machines with driven tools are available for
order. Working from bar is possible in diameter 10-500 mm and machining in chuck up to diameter 350 x 650 mm.
In the field of milling we have 16 CNC controlled machine tools up to
maximum 4000 x 2000 x 1000 mm is available. In the 5-axis machining it is possible for us to process components up to a size of max. 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm for you. In order to guarantee the dimensional accuracy of our workpieces we work in our quality assurance with a CNC 3-D measuring machine (Wenzel LH87) with a maximum travel of X800 mm x Y2000 mm x Z 700 mm and a
2-D altimeter.
Our machinery is supplemented by a 3D laser melting process (3D metal printing) for prototypes and series. This process shines through the production of components without consideration of previous production guidelines, on a maximum installation space of 250 x 250 x 280 mm, the geometry of your components is no longer a limit. Set new standards in spare parts supply and reduce your company's storage costs at the same time.
Furthermore, we have conventional machines for turning, milling, drilling, thread cutting and surface grinding for repairs and/or the production of your very special individual parts and small series. As your complete partner, we also take over the assembly of assemblies as well as all surface treatments and hardening processes which are part of our range of services.
