BvL Oberflächentechnik GmbH is one of the largest suppliers of water-based industrial cleaning systems in Germany. BvL develops and produces intelligent systems for component cleaning - from compact small washing systems, filtration and automation solutions to complex large-scale projects with process monitoring; always complemented by reliable service.

We offer various types of systems with different cleaning processes - individually designed to meet your requirements and your industry: Flooding/spraying, high-pressure cleaning, high-pressure deburring or even immersion cleaning, e.g. for use in ultra-fine cleaning. The cleaning processes can also be combined with each other. In our in-house technology center, we carry out washing tests with customer-specific components to determine the optimum cleaning process for you.

Transport systems and automation solutions for the cleaning systems are matched to your production-internal conveyor technology and ensure an efficient material flow. We ensure optimal interface communication, also in customer's driverless transport systems.

Our systems are easy to operate and meet the strict specifications of the automotive industry. In addition, they are designed in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, C standard DIN EN 12921 and UVV.

With our Smart Cleaning technology, we offer intelligent sensor technology that automatically monitors and controls your cleaning system. In this way, we ensure a high level of quality and process reliability and enable predictive maintenance.
