Polishing technology for over 80 years
With the first portable belt sander worldwide named "ELBA" in the year 1934 - Loeser brand name became the standard for belt grinding technology.
In addition to belt grinding machines for round and flat products and deburring systems - In 2002 LOESER enhanced their product line by adding induction hardening lines and soon after, centerless chrome plating systems making them the most experienced and capable equipment supplier to meet customer specific requirements in all aspects
With this range of products LOESER became a single source for the entire process to produce a hard chrome plated bar. Hardening>>Belt polishing before plating>>hard crome plating>>post chrome finishing>>wax coating for corrosion enhancement of chrome bars.
2013 LOESER aqquired the swiss world known Niederberger, Nibru, PFS, Vohbag assets and became the bigget provider of deburring machines for sinter metals and small fine blanking parts.
For deburring of aluminum wheels LOESER has since the late 1995 set standards for automated deburring. Starting from individual machines up to linked automated deburring centers with computer controlled wheel handling conveyors the automation level increased. The latest integrated multistation deburring line from 2016 enable 20% production increase at reduced floor space and reduced investment costs. Worldwide over 500 Installations.
