MWM Schmieranlagen invented thirty years ago the automatic electronic control in air + oil systems for minimal lubrication of bearings for high speed and a few years later patented and developed the programmable optical sensors for detecting minimum dosages of lubricant.

The skills and technological resources of MWM Schmieranlagen allow the resolution of many tribological issues strictly connected to lubrication of industrial components and machineries. To provide interdisciplinary solutions, we collaborate with a wide network of specialist partners, this ensures the highest flexibility and the optimal solution for even the most demanding requirements.

MWM Schmieranlagen produces in Italy air + oil minimal lubrication systems for the controlled lubrication of high speed bearings through patented sensors, for example in machine tool spindles or in all applications of high speed rotating parts in industrial machinery. Furthermore, MWM has developed MQL Tools Technology for the minimal internal lubrication of tools, a green technology developed to drastically reduce the use of large quantities of lubricant or cutting fluids in machining processes with chip removal, thus reducing environmental pollution. We manufacture complete systems for dosing or injection of special lubricants. We provide consulting services for the design, assembly, installation, assistance and scheduled maintenance of industrial machinery. For lubrication systems in the main mechanical sectors, in rolling bearing technology and in the technology of mechanical transmission and support components. We develop and implement solutions for specific problems and conceive tailor-made, effective and reliable solutions at competitive prices.
