About us

Picchi, a company which was founded in 1958 with its numerous years of experience in industrial production , embraced this philosophy, which was further consolidated with its entering the Bugatti Group. The company consequently acquired fresh energy and impulse from the Bugatti tradition and is present on the market with a fortified identity. Today Picchi makes special hi-tech and sophisticated machines, capable of resolving every type of production problem and above all to the satisfaction of its customers. To regard innovation as a daily task, is certainly an engaging challenge which can only be faced by inventive genius and know-how.
The customer does not want just an answer he wants the right answer

Persons and technology work together to find the solutions. These persons are the experts in the Engineering Project Department, creative but also meticulous and severe when testing and controlling; the Sales personnel , dynamic and ready to give suggestions besides being involved in all Customer requirements; After Sales personnel, diligent and motivated in their constant contacts with the Customers. It is in virtue of the work of these People that Picchi has installed over 1000 machines throughout the world and holds supremacy for the designing and making of the first diamond cutting machine for spheres. 1968 was to witness a change in special machining operations thanks to the intuition of Gianni Picchi who planned and designed the first diamond cutting machine for spheres. A pre-eminence which was to open the world market to the Picchi production. At Picchi, the word Future goes hand in hand with the word Progress.
